Restaurant 1877 is part of Eat The Fjords, a group consisting of four restaurants and an adventure company, based in Bergen and Hardanger. The restaurant is owned by restaurateurs Alf Sætre and Odd Einar Tufteland. The duo has created restaurants together for well over 20 years and is well-known for their passion for seafood and local ingredients.

Today’s team consists of the kitchen, led by head chef William Kahrs, while Mattis Karlsson leads the front-of-house service. We are looking for individuals who are dedicated and passionate about good food and professional service.
